Refunds, Returns, & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of the product, refunds & returns are not accepted once an order has been placed & production has began. 

However, your satisfaction matters to me, and I'm happy to make things right if an issue occurs!

Eligible for Replacement

I will gladly replace your item if one of the following applies:

✅ Customization Error (My Mistake)

If we make an error during personalization, such as:

  • Misspelled name 
  • Incorrect number or customization details
  • Design applied differently than approved/order notes

I will remake and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

✅ Product Damage Under Normal Use

If your item breaks due to a manufacturing issue or normal use (not misuse) within one year, I will provide a replacement.

Examples of covered issues:

  • Structural failure
  • Components detaching during normal handling

Not covered:

  • Rhinestones coming off (please see below for how to replace rhinestones yourself)
  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Damage caused by dropping, crushing, water exposure (if not waterproof), or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear over time

(Please don’t run it over with your car and ask for a replacement —  we can tell 😉.)

Replacement Request Requirements

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Requests submitted without photos may not be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Customer spelling errors or incorrect personalization submitted at checkout
  • Color variations caused by screen/device differences
  • Minor handmade variations (each item is individually crafted)
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Shipping Policy for Replacements

  • Approved replacements ship free of charge.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rhinestone Button Care

If you ordered a custom rhinestone button, extra rhinestones are included in your package since stones may occasionally loosen during normal use.

To reattach:

  1. Apply a small dab of super glue (B-7000 craft glue recommended).
  2. Allow glue to become tacky for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Place rhinestone carefully.
  4. Let dry for 24 hours before use.
